Service Description
This course will increase the student's understanding of: • Mental health. • Ability to recognise and discuss different mental illnesses. • Health problems • Mental health and legislation. • Responsibilities in the workplace under mental health. • Supporting an employee with mental health related problems. • Promoting a healthy workplace environment. • Implementing an action plan to promote recovery of mental health. • Ability to understand the Management Standards Approach.
Cancellation Policy
The full course fee is non refundable less than 7 days before the course begins. All course fees are non-transferrable and must be paid before the course start date. If you wish to cancel your place up to 3 weeks before the course takes place, please email ijl.firstaidnw@gmail.com and your course fee will be refunded minus £50 administration.
